Pipe Isolation

Many industries meet challenges where the point of isolation ( isolating valves) of equipment such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers etc become defective and fail in services due to wear and tear. Some system designs where there is common feed makes it impossible for equipment to be individually isolated and calls for Plant shutdown for maintenance work to be carried out. Some systems particularly the fire systems and air-conditioning systems would not allow some individual sections to be isolated without shutting down the whole system which might jeopardize services being provided. Municipal water supplies to standalone buildings such as malls and commercial buildings which supply fire hydrants etc may not have isolating valves etc may require temporary isolations to install new valves and to do temporary maintenance repairs etc There are many other isolation challenges with fluids that need isolations.
